If there is an active case of pursuit of a criminal black males are intentionally stopped even if they are not the offender. Instead of allowing him to leave traffick stops police are breaking their constitutionial right of searching their vehicle/property without a warrant. Police are more likely to arrest blacks on suspicion than anything.
