One of the many problems facing this nation is corruption by big business and what you are describing is just that, Corporate Alcohol has a firm grip on our congress, half of all crimes are committed by people who are drunk. We need to solve this epidemic. Barack Obama has the commonsense and foresight to do this.

It bothers me that people that break the law to live in the USA can get free health care. To help pay for it, cigarette taxes are being raised again. Why not raise taxes on alcohol beverages, because alcohol causes men to beat wives and molest children, among other things and they often are the cause of uninsured children. Those hard working men always have money for beer so charge them more taxes.
