The grizzly has a High compression motor. I built the grizzly motor and Dyno tuned both atv's the brute and grizzly.

Brute made 39 rwhp with a dyna CDI and modded clutch stock exhaust

Grizzly made 48 rwho with web stage 3 cam and 12.5:1 JE piston and Dyna CDI and HMF exhaust.

stock for stock the grizzly lost every time.

mod the brute motor same as the 700 motor and the grizzly will loose

The 700 grizzly was a high comp 686 motor, cam pipe, cdi, clutched, the brute was 100% stock with a clutch spring.

stock for stock the grizzly will loose. later on we mod the brute with a muzzy PRO pipe and it tied the grizzly withthe modded motor.

That Grizzly is not even close to stock. Stock Grizzly's are weak until you drop in the high compression piston, racing cam, and pipe.
