Core training sitting on those balls does NOT work as well as the old fasioned solid stable seat. double blind scientific studies have proven it time and again. You won't even hear that at the YMCA unless you research it yourself. I am not a bodybuilder- I'm just a person who hates profit propoganda.

Resistance training is a vital part of health and fitness but there is a whole lot more to it, using stability training has its place in the right environment and with the correct instruction.
