Dude, the "ceiling vagina" things are useful. If you camp out just below it left or right of it, you can refill your energy and weapons by destroying them things it shoots out. Come level 4, that comes VERY handy.
lol this level looks fun. towards the end i would die cuz i'd go all out. XD and the sewer water's green. i have a cousin who's color blind. it's quite amusing to see him mistake colors for other ones
the sewers why!!!?? i has never able to beat it when i was younger :( now i can but it still a bitch. i hope its on a top list of NES Stages
