Horrible customer service. Slow response (if at all) and they simply don't care. No refunds. NOT good for motorcycles helmets. They will NOT fit under your helmet without painfully bending your ears putting on or taking the helmet off. Does not function as advertised.

They will take your money but will not responed to emails or phone calls. It was my fault that I didn't get the fit correct. Not being able to contact them to see about buying more earpiece material is bull shit. would not buy from them agin thats for dam sure
