TNAwrestlingcom has learned that Christy Hemme has sustained a neck injury while training in the ring with AJ Styles for Sunday's Women's Championship match

According to TNA officials, Hemme will be unable to compete at "Genesis" against Awesome Kong

Unfortunately, her injury will require surgery and she will be out of action for an undetermined amount of time

On Sunday,TNA Management Director Jim Cornette will name a replacement to face Kong for the Women's Championship

it's really unfortunate that all the african american women on the show are heels. they tried with a rhaka khan face run, and sharmell was a face when her and booker first came on. and sojourner bolt started as a face too. it's weird that tna can't seem to get it right. especially with sojourner, she really should've been a face. there are too many heel women. awesome kong, raiesha sieed, rhaka khan, sojourner, jackie, sharmell, angelina, velvet, and so cal val. damn that's a lot of heels.
