  • For everyone wishing to watch the other parts:

you can watch the other 4 parts on disclose (dot) tv... just google it.

  • 3. They already met the New World. What I mean is that in central america Mayans had these structures too. So how could such a similar idea be shared from Egypt to Central America? I'm sorry but I just don't believe something like this could've been done by humans at that time no matter what explanation there is unless there is an ancient structure that proves it. They must've gotten that knowledge somewhere.

  • So if we believe ancient egyptians built these we'd have to accept these facts: 1. They were smarter than us, given the fact that no modern construction has equalled perfection 2. They were REALLY strong. Even with a thousand men it'd still be hard to move the rocks without even mentioning the fact that they were placed perfectly every three minutes.

  • Would like to see more of this. We never got to the details of the Frenchman's theory. Can you post more? Can see why it appeals to mainstream Egyptology as it still involves a ramp (an internal one) so it's hardly 'radical'. The cloak and dagger stuff at the beginning is a joke, like the two guys met in secrecy at the Egyptologists apartment. The mainstream will love the Frenchman's idea because it shows the Egyptians using man power, hauling huge blocks. But where are parts 2 - 5?

  • @kubark123 i removed due to copyright my friend...

  • @Ziggurathss ... but part 1 is left?

    that sucks bro.

  • This documentary starts well. Nice graphics. Describing the Great Pyramid simply as the 'burial place of Khufu' sets off alarm bells. The presenter's concept of the Great Pyramid seems weighed down by a bit too much Egyptology.

  • When you want a cavity filled you don't go to a financial adviser. So why listen to an Egyptologist on the construction of great monuments? It is simply outside the scope of their discipline. They are trained in archaeology and epigraphy. For insights on great engineering achievements you might just as well ask your dentist.

  • I guess maybe you could ask an architect – surely better than an Egyptologist. But wouldn’t it be better just to ask an engineer? The architect can say ‘put that block there’ but an engineer has to actually figure out HOW to put it there. He’s your man. I’d like to see a BBC documentary with engineer Chris Dunn on the pyramids. He’s written a couple of interesting books. His second book is especially interesting. No BBC program for him though.

  • It’s encouraging to see a mainstream Egyptologist reject the ramp and crude machine theories but these seem to be minor concessions. They stuck to these absurd guns for way too long.

  • I visited a granite quarry recently and the curator, also an engineer, told me that it was a no-brainer. The Egyptians clearly possessed a technology which remains undiscovered both in the archaeological record and by modern science. Until this technology is unearthed, Egyptologists will continue to argue that granite can be precision sculpted with copper tools and other ridiculous ideas.

  • So... 1) We're not as smart as the ancient Egyptians, or 2) the ancient Egyptians did not build the the pyramids. 2.5 ton stone block set with EXACT placement every 3 minutes? I go with number 2.

  • where's part 2

  • @mohawkblaster2 copyright

  • Where is the rest of the video ?

  • Chap looks like Richard Dawkins!

  • WHERE IS UR 3RD PART ?

  • U Tube video "Rampless Pyramid construction" explains in detail with ancient Pharaonic artifacts.

  • i got a question... when i was a child someone told me that sand was made by waves of water hitting rocks, so if that is true how come the desert has sand?

  • @curtanee - Deforestation and erosion. Also time erases all tracks! .. All!

    Tx

  • @Ziggurathss thanks for a reply :). so all the sand had eroded? from what more pyramids?

  • Comment removed

  • @curtanee because it hasnt been desert there forever, it used to be the bottom of an ocean.

  • @curtanee dude what kind of stupid question is that? have u never heard of soil erosion? deforestation? drought? im dealing with kids here.

  • How do they know the names?

  • who cares how they where built, the question of importance that will sove the mysteries of the world is "why where they built?" ...." to store knowledge" is not the answer.. the answer should be logical and make perfect sence, so it is a simple 1... now theres some clues...

  • there is NO WAY they did that shit without alien or extra terrestrial intervention...have u been to egypt?! they're fuckin massive! no way dude, no way :P

  • 6:00 GOD- What a dumb bitch. Her argument is it would've been too much work. Not like a comfortable white woman could understand how cheap human life can be.

  • 4:20 'err day. He wanted to say MOOBS.

  • You can't just call yourself an Egyptologist.

  • Man, it took me forever to find this video after I saw it on national geographic! Awesome!

  • 7:55 omg thats dangerous, once your half way, you know theres no turning back..he could fall on the way back

  • I love Pyramid docs, its funny how every archaeologist thinks he has found the answer

  • Nice video.

But it just reiterates the highly doubtful or even slightly absurd mainstream assumption that these pyramids be tombs.
