The problem with the anger today at the far right religious organizations is they truly have forgotten his message of love, forgiveness, tolerance and instead have quoted the old testiment more and more ie and eye for and eye, instead of he who is without sin cast the first stone!, they are destroying my religion bit by bit and yes it makes me mad!! truth be told if jesus was with us today from his teachings he would be so far left of america today!

I suppose I'm a spiritual agnostic, and when I do pray to God (or The Goddess), it's in thanks for the many blessings and opportunities I have in my life, and in the hopes that somewhere beyond, the many victims of tragedies and heartbreak in this life will find their peace. I've often listened to this song and thought it was about Jesus Its so awful to see those images - I can't stand to see all the suffering in the world. I was feeling sorry for myself tonight but its put everything into perspective and reminded me that my life could be so much worse. It also inspires me to do what I can to reach out to those who are suffering. Thank you for putting together such a moving video to such a beautiful song.
