  • I understand that the silicone tubing acts as a thermal block on your stoves to keep the fuel from boiling. I don't see how the fuel is thermally isolated in this new stove design since the aluminum runs right down from the wick to the fuel reservoir. The silicone tubing on the inside probably helps a bit, but it seems it wouldn't be enough to keep the fuel from boiling. Can you do a video showing how it works?

  • @deezynar This is fairly simple The burner plate in the top does heat the fuel in the top of the stove and helps vaporize it but the silicone stops the heat from heating the whole bottom section where the fuel is stored. That is the part you want to keep cool so the fuel will not boil. Alcohol boils at about 130F
