Drafting a COLLEGE player is risky, not a HS player. Why? Because if you're in college for 3-4 years, usually that's a sign that you suck as a player (to put it bluntly).
Most NBA players that have been good the past 10 years are HS graduates only. Lebron, KG, Dwight Howard, Kobe, Jermaine O'neal, T-mac, Amare, Monta Ellis, etc.

theres alot to argue. 83' in MY Opinion was the best because all those players have played through there careers, but as soon as there careers are over, 03' will hands down be the best draft ever.

your an idiot the 1983 draft had Ralph Sampson at number one. The draft also included Clyde Drexler, Doc Rivers, Jeff Malone and Dale Ellis. Really a bit of a nothing draft

you take the first 3 years of those dudes careers rookie,soph then actually playing for a contract like kobe and whoever avg less then 10 points....... 2003 draft the top 5 picks 4 of 5 avged over 15 points per game and theres alot of others in the 2003 draft
