Well Reed Timmer. A lot of people don't pay attention to the weather b/c 99.9% of the time we are giving false information.I live in Dallas,Tx and for 3 weeks now the Weather Channel and the local news have been talking about us getting severe weather for today.This morning on the news they say that we will see nothing at all.So which one is it? I will pat attention when the weather changes in front of my face b4 I would listen to yet another false forecast.

@dgarvin11 The people who claim their weather forecasts are so super accurate you can plan your entire existence around them are news programs advertising to get ratings, giving people like you unrealistic expectations. The actual science of meteorology makes no such claims. What forecasts ARE good for is letting people know that they are in danger TODAY, which is enough to save lives and warrant people's attention, especially if you're in an area prone to dangerous weather.

I live in England UK and I feel for those who where effected and Europe England is the most Pron Tornado Country at least 30 touch down a year in 2005 a Tornado struck parts of London and then one hit Birmingham UK which is just south of Manchester

It's definitely been a scary year for tornadoes - even here in Canada. An F3 tornado ripped through our town of Goderich, Ontario, Canada, and it was the scariest moment of my life...

Am I the only person that wants that narrator to be fired? The tone of his voice is so insensitive in the face of disaster, it's sickening. "THEY DON'T STAND A CHYAAANCE!!! DERP DEE DERP DEE DUUR!!" There's a complete disconnection from the human side of it.

I live in Alabama! 9 days without power in Garden City, which is in the county of Cullman, not the city. Garden City, did not get hit, thank God! But the high-school in Hanceville got hit! At the very end I remember listening to the weather radio we had and I remember it saying, "The national weather service has issued a warning for Northeast Alabama." it's at the very end when it talks during the credits, that what was on the weather radio! It was a scary!

People should have known what to do and where to shelter.

The woman should have known to leave her car and find shelter. Easily could have been killed.

People in police station should have sheltered in bathrooms or utility closets.

Did some stay in upper floors? Like that one guy in the closet who lost his friends.?

Shame that they did not show more of that video at 15:38. Is their attitude thatornadoes must be viewed from the ground? The higher up the view, the better.

@robertgift i live in cullman right downtown where it was hit! its not that we didnt take shelter its that we had no time! when sirens go off you have 5-10 mins to get shelter we were hit before the siren stopped!

@amandajellis420 People should anticipate a tornado in such conditions and be watching out for themselves.

A tornado can take outhelectricity before warning sirens are activated - so no warning. So we must watch for ourselves and not depend upon others.
