I can't play with the low mobility snipers without speed, I feel too sluggish. Riot shield also. I'd use speed for LMG's as well if they all didn't have such a horrible kick that I didn't have to use kick or attachments w/ grip. Movement is the most important thing about COD and every bit of added speed makes all the difference in the world which is why I think speed is the best proficiency in the game.

Speed proficiency on Lmg is really good! Also 5ft in straight line might not help much, but while rounding tight corners or several corners could make a difference.

Well for the riot shield, you could be using it in overkill with an assault rifle. use the riot shield in the second slot with speed so you won't be slowed down.

The Speed Proficiency with sniper rifles is a necessity for me. I take advantage of the extra speed boost to jump and duck and avoid bullets. But, one thing u didn't take into consideration is the L118A is MUCH faster then the Barrett, especially with speed proficiency. and I prefer it because it allows me to be much more free-form with my snipping.

In other words, The Speed Proficiency is for good snipers, not camper snipers. =P

Try extreme conditioning on an SMG class. Because when I get the specialist bonus (All the persk, including extreme conditioning which I don't have in use or on the killstreak) I definitely run faster. I thought it was just my imagination but my buddy said the same thing. I think it does affect it but maybe we're both retarded. Awesome video as usual though, thanks =)

@DutchRage44 the specialist strike package also gives you all profiencies(yes even ones that are no in that tier ex. speed is not in SMG but you still get it)

@DutchRage44 I think it's Stalker, I definitely noticed whenever I'd get Specialist I'd start walking (not ADS) faster. Unless another (stupid) random secret thing in this game (like ext mags on shotguns giving 1.5 the pellets, being able to sprint farther while having a USAS or Skorpion ext mag out, running 10% faster if you're touching a wall etc) is that Specialist gives you lightweight, which it wouldn't surprise me this game is all about being dumb and secretive.

Actually I was wrong, my test shows a .5 second difference on snipers. It's good on sniper class to get away faster. Tmart wouldn't know cuz he doesn't snipe :p Check out the video

Tmartn, I think the real reason a person would put "Speed" on as a proficiency on for example like a Barret is because it makes all of your movement quicker. Snipers that use the Barret alot would see/feel this, you will move more like a L118a. I've got well over 1000 kills with the barret and you can definately feel the difference. Good video!
