    UAAAAAAAAAAARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

  • I said to my personal trainer, "give me more weights!", he said, "there are no more!

    "

  • are those weights or tyres?

  • @alamak234 They look like bumper plates

  • and to think thats just about what i squat hah

  • holy hell dude! this is sweet!

  • pretty sure this is a great exercise to stay healthy. but he isn't stepping up very high. still a ton of weight.

  • its cool he can do this but thats real bad for your knees.

  • that is wild.

  • plastic weights?

  • @danagan ROFL. olympic bumber plates. go educate yourself before you post retarded stuff like that ._.

  • holy shit.. 315+ pounds?

  • wow

  • good functional strength. Impressive.

  • I'm sure all that weight compressing your spinal chord does wonders for your discs.

  • @jmrub06 i'm sure your a jealous weak little kid

  • @bearhardman oh yes believe me i'm definitely jealous. By all means knock your self out.

  • fuck thats heavy!

  • @toolsie54 the bar doesn't bend like that at 195. those are 45 lb oly bumper plates. it's 315 lbs.

  • they look like the rubber olympic weights which means thats 195 lbs.

  • wow, super strong!!

  • very good for sprinting. gives you good shape/size and heaps of power

  • what kind of benefit you get form this, whould you consider this exercise better than the squat?

  • @tlast2O12dude this exercise is excellent for your hamstrings especially. The squat is will the best all around leg exercise. you could add the step up to your hamstring workout, along with deadlifts and leg curls.

  • HOLy that's a lot of weight for step up

  • looks very dangerous mate. push it in that exercise, and it quickly becomes really dangerous.

  • And also less likely to cause terrible injuries.

  • More effective that the squat.

  • That is a ridiculous amount of weight for that exercise. wow.

  • Ow, doesnt looks very healthy for your spine :D but impressive indeed.

  • Great Job 315lbs rubber plates right?

  • great job

  • how much wieght?

  • Great Job man! But looks alittle unsafe.

  • What a whiny assholes.. enough talk and show some action, dumbfucks!

  • ty for uploading, very impressive

  • what a bitch thats all the weight u can do??? is what a retarded person would say.

  • queer

  • Da freut sich die Wirbelsäule!!

  • WOW! INSANE MAN INSANEE

  • that is a shit ton of weight for this exercise.

  • Looks like 315 with bumper plates.

  • @worshipme213 yeah something like that

  • I noticed a white support strap around your right leg? or was it? im not sure, but the reason why im asking is because I do Parkour and leg excersize is perhaps thee most important exersize I can do but abour 2 years ago I was in a bad accident (non sport related) and one of my quads was partily ruptured.I want to continue creating leg strength and power but im affraid of further rupturing my quad, its been 2 years and its held up very well but if you do have a quad injury how do you handle it?

  • I'm pretty sure those are just compression shorts he's wearing under his gym shorts.

  • hot damn, i would collapse under that much weight

  • Unbeleivable

  • wow i can barely squat that once and this guy is doin stepups!! nice. =]]. you dont want that guy steppin on you or kikin you lol

  • hot damn!! great job man

  • I am impressed. But isnt that dangerous ?

  • It looks like a lot more:D

  • that's like almost....100lbs!

  • each of those weights is 45 pounds... so hes doing 270 pounds of step ups. impressive

  • plus the bar is 45, so that's a solid 315 on stepups. Pretty damn good.

  • damn how much is that?

  • COOOLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • jaja!golll!
