The claim "contains full digital character nudity" was displayed much of the story. These claims are out and out FALSE above and beyond what in the story was simply misconstrued.
They won't get sued. At least not successfully. The Jane Akre case gets tossed around in these discussions a lot for a good reason: Fox has defended itself against various accusations tied to their lying not by defending their reports or their reporters, but by defending their first amendment right to misrepresent the truth on the air. They have judges on record as saying FCC regulations regarding correctness in journalism do not constitute law, and can't be enforced in court.
They made it look like lawrence was most at fault even though they told her what to say. (i dont like lawrence but at least she addmitted she was at fault.)
