No, its a 1977. The crew cabs were not made after '85, and never in a 4wd long bed configuration. The Cummins was not offered in a Dodge until 1988.
This is a '77 W200 crew cab, with a frame stretch & everything from a '92 Dodge D250 diesel has been put into it: engine, trans, dash, wiring harness etc. The front clip and bed are from a '93, the axles are Dana 61 kingpin front and Dana 71 rear with 3.07 gears, from a non-IC non-OD Dodge diesel. T-case is a Rockwell divorced unit.
