Foul, foul, foul...Speed pool rules state that the cue ball must stop before your next shot. Any other ball can still be moving, but the cue ball has to stop before hitting it again. Still, nice video of somebody fucking up and eating shit. Made me smile! I was gonna say "4 stars" but apparently now I can just "Like it."
