How to change header logo in joomla (subtitled)

I Downloaded CuteFTP. But I have problem with log in.

I've entered my go daddy user name & pw for 100 times but it didnt work :(

Thank you so much! I have been trying to remove that logo for 5 hours....so many directions on how to do it on the web are WRONG, but  you have the right solution! And I guess 30,000 people could not be wrong either! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

This doesn't make any sense, joomla is a GUI. I should be able to change the header from within the GUI.

from 1:56 on, what are you using? doesn't look like Joomla to me so this wasn't very helpful at all. I was expecting to see the interface in Joomla's CMS instead. If you think you can still help me change my logo then feel free to reply and it'll be much appreciated. thanks!

@ForeignFootball1 I just added subtitle. I used CuteFTP Professional. But you can use any FTP program to transfer the newly created Logo from your PC/Mac to your web hosting server.
