@Mazzafam How you growing outside in michigan? do you just take them in before the first frost? cause I know someone who know someone lol and they say it dont matter how cold it is as long as it never gets hit by frost. Say someone in GA wanted to wait until it was legal lol. and grow. What tips would you give them?
@KenobiBlack what i do is i build this tent around them with large wood stakes. when the frost or low temps arrive, i enclose them in the tent overnite and it shields the frost away. i also wake up at 4.30am and fill up empty soda bottles with super hot water and place them at the base of the plants. it works nice and i can manage to have a full flowering cycle, weather be damned. but thats when they are in dirt. i also grow outdoors with hydro units. the flowering cycle does go quicker in dro.
@Mazzafam i just run power out to the units and place them outside. best of both worlds, you get that hydro quality, but using the LUMS of the real sun.
