@blobzee9 She was born in Thailand and raised in Bangkok, attending American schools. There's nothing wrong with Americanized English. Besides, I don't think it's really that most Japanese English sounds American more than the British accent is acquired by living there. The North American accents have developed over decades of immigration and blending; flattening out or rounding off accents to something easier to acquire. Nothing wrong with that.
