Camera is just a standard Hi8 video Sony. Nothing digital, animated 'blind'.

Stop motion is just a series of slightly-altered photographed displayed in rappid sequence (in this project, about twelve every second). The trick is to only move your figures the slightest bit forward in each 'frame'. If you're asking how I, specifically, do it, I'm just taking each frame by pressing 'record' for the smallest amount of time possible on my camcorder.
