@datchickaly What you can do is braid large pieces of hair when it is wet at night and then sleep with it. In the morning take it out, add some hair spray and scrunch. Serum will just weigh it down. So dont you that. Listen girl, I dont know you but if you have thick straight hair thank God everyday for it. Trust me. I have curly hair but it is not thick, and humidity and the rain is torture for me. No matter how I straighten it so hope what I said works!!! :)

love u andrea but there are natural things you can do to thicken your hair, castor oil on your scalp but for a short period of time. for instance i do it for 3 months religiously then stop. your hair lives and breath and is made up of protein to help have thicker hair need less shedding so garlic and black tea will prevent shedding, like literaly make it stop. and i dont have split ends because i am constanly dusting my ends randomly and moisturizing and sealing them every night.

It would really mean alot to me if you could give me some advice. I am biracial. I have big thick coarse hair. I have a light perm that makes my hair lie down againt my head adn not pouf. Its a lot more managable but im sitll not comforatable with the bigness (wearing it down) so i but it up in a bun. I wondered if ther wer any porducts you recommend that can make my hair... managable and smaller. thanks love you!

im glad you started your channel because im having the same exact problem you had when you were in highschool. im biracial too and it sucks not having anyone with the knowledge about our kind of hair becuase its like inbetween.

hey!!!! im biracial, and an answer to sham and con question on which one is good or nor...ive been using Yes to Carrots shampoo(sorry, i havent had the chance to try the conditioner)..i loved it.!!! it brought out my curls and ut brought back so much moister. i think u should try it. u can find it at target for $9 each..its really worth it. if u buy it plz let me know how it works out for u.

if your hair is falling out go see a dermatoligist, they can give a perscription, plus my mom has ultra fine hair and she teases her hair and it looks great!!!

Hey I really love your videos - but I wanted to ask you a question. I used to have really nice thick hair but it went really thin because I did so much crap to it. I heard using oil will make it better and aid it to return to their old way, but in your other video I remember you said that you stopped using oil as someone told you its bad for people with thin hair?
I dont know if I should use oil or not >.>

i have a question, when you say don use oil and use heat, does that include serums? i use redken heat glide and then straighten my hair. is that ok?

@musefan410 if its for heat, then no it wont fry it, really its just like OIL not really serums, like argon oil.

Andrea your hair is much straighter than most biracials I've seen. I wouldn't have thought it would have been so hard for you to find a video on wavy hair. I guess that's a good thing though b/c I like your videos :)

thin hair should use a volume shampoo and only a tiny amount of conditioner on the ends, burt's bees has chemicals, Aubrey Organics is 100% pure, or try Beauty without Cruelty, much more natural. Also I have been a licensed hair stylist for 4 years so i'm not just talking outta my butt ;) Great vid though

Wow your wisdom teeth are coming in late. Mine came in when I was around 17. Just got them pulled out several months ago and I'm now 24. My 2 bottom ones were impacted :(.

i did the same as you, i had long light brown hair and kept putting this lightening spray in until my hair got realy blonde and then it went all unhealthy and i got it cut and hated it so much so i got hair extensions... though my hair is still blonde and short and it is pretty depressing haha! can not wait for it to grow. i love your hair!!! xxxx

i love ur hair i have been checking out ur hair tutorials. i have been trying to grow my hair too. i chopped off my hair and started fresh. about 3mnths ago i gave birth to my son. and my hair was ok looking during the pregnancy but rifht after it went down hill. so i decided to chop it off. my hair used to be super long and bone straight. my background is puerto rican so i had pretty good hair. have any suggestions?
