I agree with some of this, but saying no one is conceited just isn't true. For example, there's a girl that goes to my school and is SO BITCHY and always says things like "Ugh, that bitch is just jealous because she doesn't have my boobs" or "People don't hate me they're just jealous of my gorgeousness" and stuff like that. Conceited is being overconfident to the point that you're rude or mean about it, intentionally or not.
