Yeah, but doesn't it hurts his back or something while doing that? My brother did deadlifts wrong 1 set and he hurt his back. 2 years later and his back isn't the same anymore.
@JakobSvensk he's keeping both his lower and upper errectors flexed and his back straight. so no he isn't. He's also less likely to injure himself doing this because he's keeping all of his muscles tight. Most injurys occure on the lighter weights because you underestimate the weight and don't keep your body tight and strong.

Seriously, man, only your biceps should be involved in this exercise. You would have the double benefit if you took this exercise in the way you should do.
