  • @JakobSvensk he is still lifting it with his biceps he is using leverage. the point of this being that you eventually get more used to the weight. although correct posture and technique should be applied most of the time

    Yeah, but doesn't it hurts his back or something while doing that? My brother did deadlifts wrong 1 set and he hurt his back. 2 years later and his back isn't the same anymore.

  • @JakobSvensk he's keeping both his lower and upper errectors flexed and his back straight. so no he isn't. He's also less likely to injure himself doing this because he's keeping all of his muscles tight. Most injurys occure on the lighter weights because you underestimate the weight and don't keep your body tight and strong.
