my wife walked out on me and my three kids after 20 years of marriage. i have brought them up alone and done a much better job than any woman ever could. yet the problems i have had with the csa, courts etc just because i am male. i get sick of hearing people say " after all she is there mother !". if i had done what she did i would have been hung out to dry and never see my kids again. she gets all the help and sympathy cause she is a mother ! some mother. fight on everyone !!!!!!!!!

If you call this "Justice" I call it :LABOUR INJUSTICE, abuse and I can only say to you that I certainly hate Labour, its injustice and uselessness. DO close the CSA and Family court of Australia NOW. Simpler and better ways have not even been tried.

Why all this? because I have been honest, consequently I am an easy target for those bastards.

I have always paid maintenance, but the bitch wanted more and more, ruined my life and the relationship with my sons. I never got a cent from her and I have not seen my sons since 1990 furthermore, I have been paying maintenance until now for two (very wealthy) "children" aged 30 and 32. She and her new husband are VERY wealthy people too.

What the fuck are you talking about? No one is complaining about paying child support. It's the way people are being treated is the problem.

If Mr Rudd wanted to do something good for Australian society: he would stop feeding those fat cats by closing down the CSA and the Family Court of Australia during his first term: This would just be the first step to fairness, saving and justice.

I hope others will agree with me. It would just make me happy to know that there is at least one more human being who agrees with me.

I hate the CSA and the Family Court of Australia because they failed to bring justice to the broken family. They are just nothing else than an elite with blood in their hands trying to justify and 'maintain' themselves to keep 'employed' at the expense of the disgrace of others.

THERE ARE better and simpler methods to resolve ALL these problems; methods that have not been tried as yet.

The Child Support Agency of Australia is an agency from HELL and must be closed down, before the next child is sacrificed because of their wrong doings. It's not "child support" anymore, but support for themselves: an idle elite. The Family court is useless and expensive to maintain too.

I wonder if it wouldn't be cheaper for the government to 'support' all children in these situations rather than over-fed the fat cats of the CSA that make our society so wrong and unfair.

As a custodial father of abondon children (girls); I Watched as a bias system extend all effort to make their mother a victim during the divorce process. Had her new relationship worked out chances are we would never see her again. Since it did not the lure of CS an Alimony was the other option. In short: lawyers made 30K in this court aided effort and gave me no backing at all.!

Six years later she has paid $0 in child support.!

Lawyers are the only winners in a divorce!

My heart sinks lower and lower as I listen to this.  Paid my CSA bill again this morning using my credit card, I don't know any wealthy seperated dads.
