  • I can't understand why people r so greedy and selfish when somay people r suffering

we get plenty of everything while some hv nothing please help this poor people.

  • i am suprised at this video. and sad.

  • Like this vidéo want to use it in my next vidéo clip... can I?

  • Im drinking a glass of water while watching this, wow.

  • Yes, we just have to turn on a faucet! How easy we have it!

  • Bringing more water to people will help people, no doubt. But it will also increase the demand because of extra cattle growing! Helping to put more pressure on this source does not help to solve the problem on a sustainable basis. Keeping people to the original water supply system will balance the usage of water, it is as hard as it sounds. Colloidal silver impregnated ceramic filters can help to serve healthy water while water resources are not overexploited and will last for the future.

  • Saying, "Keeping people to the original water supply system will balance the usage of water, it is as hard as it sounds", may very well hold true for parts of the world. However, in the Azawak, there is no original water supply. The only viable water resources are 600-3000 feet below the ground.

  • I am sorry, but I would like to say, they are most likely using a fossil groundwater source, no recharge....no future. While supplying a well with pump and generator (who will pay for spare parts in future?) you keep people living in an area where there is no future, not for the adults and for sure not for their children. Better to help people to get education propper family planning and to supply them with the knowledge that this place has no future. People did not settle there beofore,

  • Actually, the people occupying the Azawak currently have been there for a long time. This region used to be considered the best pasture land in the Sahel. For a borehole project to be successful, a community-driven management team that includes women needs to be set up. The borehole needs to be maintained. Also, funds need to be going back to the community for education, health, etc. Amman Imman facilitates these supports.

  • Well done. It's great that more people are getting involved in building fresh water infrastructure in Africa. But people need to keep in mind that the problem will take years of hard work to make a real difference.

  • Yes, we need to stay the course!

  • Merci de poster cette sequence et de nous ramener de temps en temps les pieds sur terre car c'est cela notre realite nigerienne.

  • alltoafrika has so right I agree to her. We here in Germany are so prodigal with the water. Everybody can do what and everybody can help. And yet the farmers in Germany the good milk throw away, annoys me.!!!!

  • thank you for posting this!!!In Germany and in many other places they use water to keep the gardens nice,or they take African land and water for growing roses they send to the western countries/ we live in an unjust world..we have to take care of each other, everybody can help a little to get people out of trials, find out!!!!

  • Wonderful! beautiful faces! beautiful WATER!!!!
