I couldn't count the number of times we camped at Woodhouse in scouts, good to see the place again! Haven't been there since the early 90s, challenge hill was called the commando course then.
@Lord1Tudor Just to confirm, this was filmed with permission at Woodhouse with the roads open. As such we were travelling at or below 15km/h the entire time.
It has been sped up with a soundtrack overlayed for dramatic effect.
As @ScoutsSA mentioned, Woodhouse is an activity centre full of families and children when the rally isn't on, and the strict 15km/h speed limit must be maintained for everyone's safety.

Of course with spectator safety barriers and marshals we won't see kids or other traffic on the track! Just a reminder to all that this is an activity centre full of children for 363 days a year and a controlled motorsport course for these two exciting days!
