i got basically the same setup but my motor is built and i have 10 to 1 cr pistons and the 2.87 pulley and im only getting 10 psi and 394 whp at about the same temp. I think its the different ratio pistons thats killin the 2 lbs of boost i should be getting with the 2.87
Have you tried spraying Water/Meth to help cool things down? 10:1 is pretty high CR for a boosted car. I bet if you can cool down that intake charge you'll break the 400whp mark.
