There were only 6619 XRS made..

It's everywhere in Puerto Rico because PR has only 3,435 Square mile area. Imagine scattering few thousand of XRS in a apprx 3.5 million Square mile in the Mainland USA.

I say it's rare because where I live, I only see 1 XRS.. and some once in a blue moon.

@TheCorollaXRS yeah, itas true, but I heard that mostof them they scattered all over Puerto Rico. I dont know if its true, but I know that where I live, they are like 20 of them(and I'm not exagerating, lol) In the north of Puerto Rico, thats where you can spot them the most.

Actually, both @tonguixrs and @kiddoxsupra2 are right, I live in Puerto Rico and I've seen a lot of XRS, I've even seen totalled XRS (about 3). Puerto Rico is one of the top places in the world where you find more Toyotas per sq. mile. About 6/10 cars ever sold here are Toyota.

My 4 door gsr, i/h/e/hfc/tuned s300 looses to my buddies xrs with i/rh/e/apexi pfc/clutch by about a car at 130.

My type r i/rh/e/hfc/tuned s300/clutch/flywheel beats his xrs by about 2 cars.

Xrs are great cars, there engine literally can be considered a k18. I just prefer hondas, have absolutely nothing against toyotas and anyone who says the gts/xrs is piece of crap needs to get their head examined.

oh well...those year corolla xrs don't have rear independent suspension which means that they won't that best of a handle at turning..and they are heavier too. if they would've kept the older model like the 99-02 model they will be quite fast. the older model is smaller and weighs 200-300 lb lesser. at the same time with rear independent suspension.

a GSR can keep up with a XRS, but not beat it, as you obviously see here. I wouldnt bash the GSR, it's a great car. It nearly pulled ahead in 2nd gear in this race. But I still love me some XRS :)

because the XRS shifted slowly and he was still in high RPM of course he's going to catch up. Keep up, yeah maybe 1st gear and little of 2nd but the XRS was still pulling the whole time.

@TheCorollaXRS it really does depend on the driver, because i know someone who used to own a 140HP sentra ser B13 and he never lost to a GSR, the closest a GSR ever came to him was right behind his rear fender in his blind spot, n he also beat a V8 mustang with only cams, although the mustang owner could've been bluffing about it being a V8, about XRS>GSR, it all depends on you, sure the XRS is faster, but i like the look of the GSR better, well with the cali type r front anyway, GSR is outdated

Wouldn't matter, all the XRS videos this guy has up. Most of em, the XRS are really well modded and tuned up. So most of em are gonna be wins, its basically a shit car with lots of mods on it. Lol. No offense to the car, I just call it shit cause its pretty cheap. But the XRS shit he got up, they are tuned/modded. So just read the status before you comment. But if you going to buy a XRS and leave it stocked, your just a idiot.

70-80% of the vid I posted has only I/E. The rest has Hydra but untuned. Hydra is only used to Lower LIFT.

We still have to see a fully tuned bolt on with cams, higher compression piston, with Intake Manifold upgrade and stroke or bored.

The XRS has a limited and rare upgrades. I/E is so far the most common.

Basically, an XRS is a 4 door Celica GT-S. If the GS-R raced a GT-S then it would be worse.

no man i think it would be waaay worse if im not mistaken i think the celica gts does not go under lift in gears i might be wrong but i think is at lift at all times which it will be full power all time which would be WAY worse lol XD

Yup your right unless your modded and shifting right the xrs will drop out of lift..the celica is 200lbs lighter and will stay in lift through all gears.
