  • Superb arrangement and great sound of a popular 70s hit. Great guitar and bass. Drums are strong, but hard to record all three instruments evenly. Love it.

  • man, this is really sweet. awesome players! sounds great.

  • Holy crapola! Sweet 'rangement fellas. All three of you guys pull some serious weight and the trio keeps your sound uncluttered while not being too thin. You can HEAR the fun your having, and the guitar solo after the head's been established is awesome!!!

  • That was awesome. I love your playing... I hope we can jam soon!

  • great litle arrangement....beginning to wonder if there is anything you can't play and make it work in a jazzy way

  • Thanks! I think all pop music if fair game for jazz - just as all those Gershwin and Cole Porter songs are, as they were the pop songs of their day. True, the line between jazz and the pop music of the 40's was thinner because often the beat, instrumentation, and many of the people involved were shared. So, that makes it a challenge for me and others to take more current songs that don't swing or that are performed on electronic instruments or whatever, and make them jazz. Just my opinion...

  • my feet are tapping to the rhythm here! performed with great feeling and masterful playing! keep it up :)

  • Thank you!

  • I love jazz. Never too sure about covers of songs from different genres but this works fantastically! Great playing all round and great arrangement.

  • talented.

  • So tasty!!! This is the kind of music i REALLY enjoy playing :)

  • Thank you very much!

  • Well done. Sounds great!

  • You're coming from Mars, or what ?

Thank's for your improvisation. An accessit for your bassist (harmonics on a contrebass, it's not usual).

  • Excellent theme -harmonization and improvisation branching out and adding much harmonic interest with great jazz voicings, really great work and a very musical fine trio, greetings Vic.

  • Hi Vic, always nice to read your thoughtful comments!

  • Thanks YOU!

  • Man, you made my day!!!!! 5*****

  • Seriously, not Earl Klugh, not Lenny Breau... you are my favorite guitarist on this earth! When will you come through Minneapolis?!?

  • Nice! I want a record!

  • i'm stunned. you're playing at an unbelievable level and, more important, it's the musical proposal that's interesting. pure, fresh air. keep pushing, you deserve a wider audience.
