metal players live vai and malmsteen can never play blues well because metal players 2day have learnt to play so fast they cant play slow licks like winter clapton or stevie ray vaughan i hope the young players 2 day dont all become malmsteen or vai clones because thats not a good thing for the music at all

Wow man..Johnny is doing great,i can't believe it,it brings such joy to my heart! Long live Johnny Winter....in my opinion there are a ,million kids these days playing the lighting fast style like Steve Vai,which is fantastic! But i'll tell you one thing...Johnny couldn't play what Steve Vai can play and Steve can't play like Johnny Winter...spend endless hours doing scales and sound like Steve or just play a lot of blues and sound more like Johnny...it's your choice!
