Notice they wisely avoided putting a single note of her singing voice on this preview. That's really absurd, considering she is first and foremost a singer, they promote her in a silent movie. I wish her the best, for sure. We all grew up with her. But hard living, smoking, and drug abuse takes its toll EVERY TIME on a person's singing voice, and I don't think she's going to be an exception.

Sorry, ladies, but judging by "Like I Never Left," her voice is still there for sure, but she can no longer sing high in full voice. She's now singing in the tenor range, and it's very hard for a woman to be "exciting" down that low. The singing voice CANNOT withstand what she put hers through without some tell-tale signs of damage. However, if she is a real pro, she'll polish up what's left of her once- great voice and continue her career with great style. She's a great SINGER for sure.
