I'm Phi Beta from back in the day; I pledged Fall 1988. When I was a neophyte, I ragged on the others as well. Now that I'm old, I'm just proud to be a Sigma. The other stuff fades away. In fact, my best friend growing up pledged Alpha; and we're still cool. My brother-in-law is a proud Omega. So don't let the negativity dissuade you from doing what you want to do.

First off tightwork. I'm not affiliated with any frats..but I think this is the hardest party hop across the board and im a fan of the Que chant "while I was walking" so I show luv to everybody. But at different colleges, you have different personalities. So some frats may be more laidback in their strolls and others might b more hype. Especially in the south where everybody bump live dancing music

Certain AKAs left to start what is now known as Delta Sigma Theta AFTER attempting to change OUR colors, creed, and name. Soror (and founder) Nellie Quander (along with other funders) then incorporated our sorority in 1913 so that perpatrators or any one else could not change any thing whatsoever. Do not mix the incorporation date with the founding date. DST is indeed an extension of AKA-after all-those 22 women who founded DST were once ladies in salmon pink and apple green!
