I still dont get how you can do this xD the left hand movement has to be so fast, its to hectic for me lol

After I could do a little better 4 low from a high start, I practise 4 low with a low start.

I won't work for me neither :( I think it's a lot easier from an high start because you are in the rythm.

I use the most my right hand and my left hand follows. I hope this helped you

My high sucks tho =[ I managed 7 catches of 4 high once, but my hand throws are really really bad, i learnt 3 high from low so i never had to learn throw starts. The weathers really bad here aswell which means i cant practice it alot. Plus sundia suns arent exactly the best diabolos for high.

I know it is really difficult to learn 4 high but if you're able to do it it's really fun.

My low start got a bit better today, got about 6 catches, im trying to use my right hand a bit more to help the stability of the shuffle. My left hand tends to overkill on the lifting tho, they go to high, or too far to the right. Im working on 4 high and low along side each other, im hoping that they'll click around the same time =]

So correct me if I'm wrong, but it would seem that you're doing 4 low by keeping two in the air at a time, rather than keeping three on the string at a time. Interesting, so it's actually pretty similar to three low then, just more diabolos in the air. Not to say that it isn't crazy hard, good job!

Yeh, but stick at it dude. Dont let it slip! How long did it take you to get your 4 high that solid? Most ive gotten is about 4 catches and that was lucky. I would stick with my 4 low selfstart, but the start is just so unpredictable and i dont get enough spin ect, so i think i need to learn it from high first.

It take about 1/2 of a year but before that i learned o lot of siteswaps. I think its possible to do 4 low with a selfstart but its more difficult than from high to low

Dekel said that I should use both hands and that I have to make bigger movements with my hands then with 3. He also said that it is easier to do with low speed.

Ok thanks, my biggest problem at the moment is the accuracy of my left hand lifting, the timings right but i throw them too high and not far enough to my right hand, they kind of just go straight up and not over at all. Most ive managed is about 8 catches.
