I am so tired of being lied to by politicians. I thought we were in a "world economy" a "global economy" why do we Americans "own" the problem. Many countries hold dollars and bad investments in mortgage-backed securities.
We are a debtor nation, I think the real problem is that China is getting ready to call our loan or have a fire-sale on the dollar because they own these securities. Just my opinion, I know nothing. Bush talked about China and Japan "investing".
I have plans to start my own bank, Lucid coins and Lucid dollars, good for bartering with me :)
Yea, the Industrial Military Complex and our Politicians should take the fall, cut their wages so they get paid zilch, and yea, cult all military spending. I also would do what Ron Paul would do and downsized the government because so many agencies we don't need.

interesting is the fact that the far left and the

I e-mailed my reps and told them that I do not support the bailouts. And I would not support them (my reps) if they vote for them.

That occurred to me too. And, who would blame them? However, my hope there is that they need us to be needy, but not destroyed.
