I know they can't work, and I'd hate the forced contrivances that the writers would have to employ to even try at a penny sheldon relationship, but I really want to see more scenes between the two because their antagonism is a huge part of the show. They really have chemistry between them. Wouldn't it be cool if Penny had a nightmare about being with Sheldon, like Lister did about Rimmer in Red Dwarf?

I love these little Shenny moments, bummer that their laughs at the end got cut. They are so funny together, but the day that they DO get together, not in a joke, this show will jump the shark for me, It will be like Panny was having sex with a baby seal. Wrong in so many levels.

I love Penny with Leonard, but I think it would've been soooo cool if Penny and Sheldon hooked up. People are mostly sarcastic when it comes to this, but I'd actually like it. They could've made compromises like "we can have coitus if you take a decontamination shower before and after" XD

@civyao That would be awesome! A lotta people say Penny & Leonard are like TBBT's Ross & Rachel. But I think this would make much more sense. And the writer's could play with people's expectations of Penny & Leonard getting together while perhaps introducing somebody new for him. The writers of this show are obviously smart...I do miss some of the science dialogue & more "geeky" moments in the newer episodes tho! Too much coitus talk, not enough science lately imo lol
