Well first off, the Las Vegas crowd isn't usually filled with fans... old people, people who got their tickets for free from Caesars...not an ideal audience unless it's a special event, ie: her birthday.

Second, it's a video. Like attending the movies, you don't usually shout, scream or applaud during the middle of it. There is applause following it.

Granted, it's not the best part of the concert, but it is a lot more entertaining with the actual video footage they show!
