extremely fast! It makes me wonder though does he need to be so fast? by laws of physics if he was slower couldnt he lift more weight? :S

His 235 in '96 was lightning as well.

its very sad that World Record Holder in CJ (210Kg) cudnt handle 198 in 2008 Olympic which cud hv given him bronze But still he is one of the best in the world
