Some people are VERY susceptible to the power of suggestion. Notice that NONE of the "possessed" are non-religious. You never see atheists or agnostics become possessed. ONLY those who have the presupposition that possession can occur become possessed. It's ALL suggestion.

The title of this is "A Challenge to the Catholic Church." What is the challenge? Was the exorcism thing the challenge? That was just some kind of jokey little thing. Come up with a challenge that can be done here within the confines of YT. 2--I've seen several videos of exorcisms. It was merely the documenting of deplorable treatment of obviously mentally ill people.
Some people are VERY susceptible to the power of suggestion. Notice that NONE of the "possessed" are non-religious. You never see atheists or agnostics become possessed. ONLY those who have the presupposition that possession can occur become possessed. It's ALL suggestion.

Know what's a bullshit story that is harder to believe in than the Bible? There was once a HUGE universe, it contained a kazillion planets, suns, moons and Galaxies. In this Universe was ONE planet, where creatures lived for no reason, with the random ability to reason and form concepts, language, relationships with one another, experience love, hurt. This one planet in the WHOLE UNIVERSE held these amazing beings, along with many other amazing creatures. And it was all for no reason. The end

a catholic woman married an atheist. neither were hardcore. as they grew over the years , they became more hardcore. everyday the hubby would tell his wife. "how can u go to that stupid church" and stuff like that. About 20yrs later the wife died from a cancer. The hubby found her diary and read it. it said "dear jesus thank u for giving me such a wonderful hubby." and other stuff like that. The man ended up becoming a catholic priest. TRUE STORY

The first one, is a story that can be attributed to human emotions, not that I for a second think it's a true story.
The second store is about a girl who were clearly naive after having been shielded from the world, not that I believe that it's a true story. The premise for it is just plain stupid, there are far better ways to protest a child from religion.

If those stories are not your cup of tea, fine. You couldnt pay me to go to a dog show. different strokes for different folks. Some people love saint stories. Lives of the saint books sell in the millions. its all good. The stories were showing that even in the most "hostile" enviroments catholicism still grows. 2000yrs baby

Actually, he may do some of the stuff stated. Exorcism as I understand it, has a few things, such as dehydration, and torture, which would make anybody do unusual things. How convenient that they (the ones performing the exorcism) attribute these changes to a demon to fit their world view. Finding ideas to support their conclusion.
