i've beatin the whole game but the GBA no i had it but 4 sum reason all of the data was lost so i got lazy 2 get it all so i sold it it was a good game but the ps2 1 is better BUT THE BEST WAS CTR 4 the PS1 or PSX

It is in GBA, the difference between the GBA version and the console version is that the GBA has backgrounds and their sprites of bit-3D and has cheats like Lunar, Atillery, R/C Kart, and Turbo, and the console is 3D and animated with no cheats. Heh, that's all I can say.
