@rhino6403 I agree this guy is an asshole, in a way. But I read one of his books and I do agree with the problem that he identifies, I only disagree with his solution. The truth is that employees never have and never will care about their employers, and if you observe their behaviour carefully, you'll see it. Every job i've ever had I see that truth in co-workers. I don't know the solution to the problem, but I definitely disagree with this guys solution.
