I have this game on tape, it was in August of 1990 and the Pistons won their title. I believe Isiah was on the Arsenio Hall Show talking about this game. Isiah's team beat a team with Magic and Jordan on it. A lot of great dunks in this game and look at how well organized the guys played during the Summer when they aren't serious or in shape. It's sick how guys play now.
I WAS THERE !!! I remembered sitting near the rafters and my two friends decided to go down closer and we found some vacant sits luckily no ushers were too busy with other things.
Technically, it was their first NBA-related telecast during this contract, along with a Saturday, October 13, 1990 game with the New York Knicks and a European team. But, their official 1st broadcast was when the LA Lakers and the San Antonio Spurs played on Saturday, November 3rd, 1990. They used the same exact graphics for this game as they did with the Knicks game, Lakers-Spurs game and the 1990 Christmas Day game (Pistons-Bulls).
It's a basketball parody but at least, that's funny and exiting to watch.
Not like those all star games since 2006, who are also a parody but boring and a pain in the ass to watch...
