I thought Gambit was the cajun one and Rogue was from some unspecified southern state...besides he had that whole south meets france thing going on with his vocabulary, calling Rogue "Cher" all the time among other things. Rogue always sounded like more of an Alabama or even an Arkansas kind of Southern.
