There is a reason the flappy paddle transmissions are used on F1 race cars and most high end exotics that produce a LOT of HP and TQ. It's because the can shift faster and more consistently than any human ever could. They allow all the torque and horse power to be used. and all of the gears to be used and selected to full extent. autos handle loads more torque. hence why you won't find a manual in any high power mercedes. they can't make one to handle 739 lb/ft of torque. and that's limited!

1:34 is it the right way to lower down transmission? he slows from 4th gear to 2nd gear, but he went for 3rd gear before going to 2nd gear... is there any professional driver here who understand what i am talking about?

I much prefer the control of a clutch pedal.

And I hate seeing only two pedals on the floor.

And I hate not having the ability to skip gears.

And I hate not being able to get into neutral easily.

And it's more fulfilling and enjoyable with the good ol' 3 pedals and shift knob. How can you not enjoy engaging the cogs?

Ah thats true, but i just find something more endearing about this whole electronic paddle shift system it kinda shows that your ride is just that extra notch more exotic. Theres just something thats always captured me about owning a car with paddleshifters that can do the shifting for you quickly and easily with just the movement of a finger.
