how old are u? Obviously ur competing in FISAF? what i saw from ur routine i can tell that flexibility will help u alot! (especially on ur presses (try to relax them a bit so it doesn't look like ur in a hurry with them) :) i know, i've been there, n still ain't flexible enough. but keep on working. u've go potential.
wow your aerobics is way different to Australia's. I just went to Nationals and came 7th. I like your song but. Is your floor 7 by 7?

Lol, yes people did clap. It's just the video didn't have sound with it so I had add the music after, so no background noise can be heard.

i do aerobics too. But you know if i were you i wouldn't atempt single without both leg split and a good stradle jump. but hey good luck to you.

When were nationals for NZCAF? I used to compete there but our club switched to NZG(FIG)

I'm 17. Competing in NZCAF. My flexability used to be REALLY good! but i was injured on now it sucks...lol.
