First of all, at 2:07 the small magnet would stick to the upper one. If you reverse the polarity of the upper one it still wouldn't move. I know presure is applied but There is the same presure on all the length. So it there is no release of presure in moving would never move. And that's the first stone in your engine, an inexistent one.
