Here's hoping Kristen invests some of the fortune she raked on this trash for Drama Classes.

I didn't read the Harry Potter book and I still love the movies because it had a great storyline, acting and characters. This movie had none of those. The story was boring, the acting is poor and the characters are still unlikable. The biggest downfall is that Bella and Ed still have no chemistry (nothing in common).

A lot of this movie was nothing close to funny. It was moving, powerful, heartfelt, and spectacular.

I absolutely loved the movie. I don't like how you guys are making fun of the Twilight saga when you haven't even read the books. In the readers choice for this book it was beautiful imagery and more of those questions answered for Twilight readers.

@GDSgirl97 If I want to read the book, I want to know if it's FAR superior to the movies. Not because it "translates the movie."The movies should stand on it's own way. I didn't read the Harry Potter book and I still love the movies because it had a great storyline, acting and characters. This movie had none of those. The story was boring, the acting is poor and the characters are still unlikable. The biggest downfall is that Bella and Ed still have no chemistry (nothing in common).

@DAmicoJohnny yes i am obsessive. not sensitive though, its just something that i care about a lot.its not just a movie to me, and yes i maybe did go a bit far but i dont care becuase this is something so important to me. i dont think anybody who is not a fan will never understand so im not going to try and explain it. i will just say that it upsets me when people degrade something so close to my heart.

@toniboroni123 A good movie should be portrayed in a way that it's entire audience can understand. No matter if you read the book or not. The best films ever created do just that. This film does not. It's their job give a point of view based on the movie. They are movie reviewers not book. the truth is.. It just blows. Stop standing behind such a crappy film. If you love the book then you should be mad it didn't do it any justice.

@toniboroni123 I've read the books. In fact before they were as popular as they are now, I read them. I at first liked them. Then I re--read the whole series and promptly began disliking them. I watched "Twilight", "New Moon" and attempted to watch Eclipse but couldn't make it through.
I agree with the critics, only fans of the series will like the movie. I like the cast, I've seen them in other stuff but you can only do so much w/a crappy story/script.

I dunno but when I was a kid I wanted to see adults in movies. I am going to spill my guts about some of this. I first want to start off by saying wow you guys are disrespectful. This is a movie of love and fantasy that people really enjoy. A lot of this movie was nothing close to funny. It was moving, powerful, heartfelt, and spectacular.

A lot of people love the book and everything about it. People don't need fancy words and weird ways of saying things. The people want what they want. In the readers choice for this book it was beautiful imagery and more of those questions answered for Twilight readers.

this is bashing more than a review...and why is superman ok and vampires not?These guys are too old for twilight.They must have gave up on dating or romance.You can see half of the ratings are either 1 or 10 at IMDB..so ridiculous. And how the hell nothing happens in the movie.They get married,have a daughter and Bella dies and turns into a vampire in 90min.What more there is gonna happen.It's not great but it's definitely not horrible.I give it at least 6 or 7.
