My answer:

I am not sure, but I think that your input sockets have white, red, and yellow color. You can ignore the yellow socket for audio. The yellow socket is for a video signal.

For audio you need white and red sockets; white for left sound and red for right sound in stereo.

I am sorry, but I do not remember the name of the song though I know the singer's name. Her name is Ryoko Moriyama. Unfortunately, I cannot find its name though I have tried to find out the name by using websites for lyrics.

I dubbed it from my friend's CD to my MD almost 20 years ago, but I did not write down its name.
