@arand4 dont know if youve solved your problem yet or not by now, but the best way that ive seen it done is to change the output to "quicktime movie", change the "format options" to "JPG photo", and set the quality at 94 (it still comes out looking high quality but if you go anything over 94 then the timing gets off). after that just check the audio output box and it should work

how is the propper way to Render/Export ??
I tried now for 2 days and if I just export it, the sound Clips/Distorts and If I Render/Make Movie it has no sound.
