  • scott have eargasm and cameras knows it

  • Reminds me of about every girl I ever knew

  • one of my favorite Weezer songs, brings back memories

  • This is song is so much better than all the other "I love you, cuz you're so beautiful"-lovesongs.

It means, my girl isn't perfect, no she got her mistakes and bad habits, but I love her. This is one of the only true lovesong!

    Thank god, Weezer made Pinkerton!

  • @SchalkeRene i'm with ur comment dude

  • shes got a tattoo and two pet snakes

  • Scott is a TANK!

  • Oh God, listening to this made me realize how much Matt Sharp's falsetto is needed.

  • @bahooneyonastick holy shit it's you! the guy who works at mcdonalds! and you like Pinkerton and MUSE?!?!?

    :o taht's awesome

  • @mcmjcm2 I don't understand what you're doing.

  • did anyone else flick the light switch on top pretty cool

  • pinkerton= greatest weezer album by far

  • This album tells so many relative stories to me about a girl I know.

  • proof that scott pwns matt

  • did anyone see scott totally bassing out

man that guy is funny looking

  • Man that was fucking amazing. You dont realise how good that song is till you hear it live

  • i gotta say the les paul isn't becoming on rivers. I need that warmoth strat or gibson sg.

  • best weezer song ever

  • Comment removed

  • One of my FAVORITE Weezer songs...

  • i used to think that the blue album was better, but it just has a couple of standout tracks and the rest are above average and decent. Pinkerton is solid all the way through and it is more of an album if you now what i mean

  • pinkerton, by far is the best LP. after losing Matt Sharp, weezer hasnt been as good

  • Weezer sucking has nothing to do with Matt sharp leaving. It has to do with rivers no longer being depressed and the public reaction to pinkerton. that combined with beverly hills, i think rivers realized that the less he tries, the more records he will sell. also he doesn't want to be seen as a geek and has rejected the honesty that made him great.

    ...shuda broke up in 97'

  • @refuzed74 The Red Album is very good.

  • Pinkerton= Weezer's Greatest Album. Blue Album is second. IMO.

  • pinkerton if for sure there best album every song is kick ass

  • I love this song. It is so sad but I can't stop listening to it.

  • Matt may have had some good bass lines but he was a huge douche, and so was Mikey. Pat is so weezer

  • I meant to say Scott, not pat. I don't know if you were replying to my old post.

  • Scott is so hardcore

  • Pinkerton is a great album, but Rivers was disapointed when it didnt sell well.

  • what a masterpiece..pinkerton probably their best album in market..

  • Aaah, this song just takes me somewhere else...

  • Hopefully you mean killed as in did great.

  • care to elaborate? not very good as in what ways? It sounds almost identical to the studio track to me.

  • if it sounds almost identical to the studio track, it doesn't seem that you could be paying much attention. there is no tangible lead guitar, Rivers' vocal is limp and off-key....regrettably, the band seem incapable of reinventing a track that remains the peak of their own develoment. RIP the real Weezer, that band died in '96.

  • What exactly died in 1996?why do you bother to use an apostrophe in the same paragraph that you screw up a word as simple as development? If you want to criticize me and tell me that i wasnt paying much attention to something why dont you pay some attention to what your typing.

  • hahaha yeah, you're right. everything I said is illegitimate because my finger missed a P.

  • I didnt say that at all,i was just curious as to what died in 96 because the hiatus began in 97 and matt

    left in 98.

  • They changed get over it..maladroit was a perfectly good album..get rick okasek back on board and they are lookin good, return of the blue album

  • dunno man, matt sharp brought something to the band, and its been missing ever since he left

  • i totally agree with you

  • Please don't criticize people for their typos, spelling mistakes, or grammar mistakes until you can using correct spacing after your punctuation. Also, you're using the wrong you're/your/yore. Being a spelling and grammar policeman is a volunteer job. It doesn't pay.

  • even the falsetto is fine, weezer are one of the best bands for there close contention to a studio track whilst singing live, not many bands these days sing without auto-tune! camden is one of the best performances by a band and is one of the best in regards to weezer!

  • I don't understand people that expect songs that bands play live to be exactly how they sound on the studio track. Why don't they just listen to that track?

  • Great song, but I hate the lack of intro. It's strange watching both Brian and Rivers playing the same thing when there's an intro to a song.

  • I feel like this is the most "Rivers" song Rivers ever wrote. Even now that he's made even more money and is past all this, you still kind of want to apologize on behalf of the world for how pained "No Other One" can sound.

  • Weezer without sharp isnt truely weezer =(

  • @wolfmega321 If it has Rivers and Pat, then its Weezer.

  • pinkerton. underated. but still kicks fuckin ass...

  • jeez, if weezer is emo than any emo band just struck a new low.

  • i could not live without pinkerton

  • @ace41354 Wooooooord.

  • how about trainwitchfrog u fuck off how random are you coming on here. Ur probably a fag anyway u def dnt have a girl with that attitude

  • of course we dont have girlfriends oh well at least we arent like you and have a boyfriend

  • pinkerton rules

  • man..what an awesome song..weezer's songs just flippin' dominate.

  • underrated weezer song

  • @Rambo222 Underrated? Go see your friends who think it isn't very good and punch them in the face.

  • @BigJohnWoody you do know the 'underrated' means something or something are are not known well for how good they are (not many ppl know about it). from wat i read from ur comment it seems by underrated u think that the rating for the song is bad, people don't like it.

  • @FirstAwesomeGamer "To rate too low, or to underestimate" is the American Heritage Dictionary's definition -- not "obscure/little known." Source: thefreedictionary

  • @BigJohnWoody lol i made so many typos in my comment

  • on the recorded version though

  • i love the line, and how he sings it, "all of the drugs she does, scare me real good"

  • they just can't help but rock

  • Who's that on bass?

  • scott is on bass

  • my girl is a liar

  • But I'll stand beside her

  • she's all i got and i dnt wanna be alone

  • but ill stand beside her

  • aren't they all?

  • I'm the most emo person in the world, I wanna die. Wow, grow up fucker.

  • I like Matt the best of the bassist. He was good and helped a lot more with the songs than Rivers gives credit. But I'm not hating on Rivers he is the coolest.

  • noo! they cut the falsetto at the end!

♪whoo whoo whoo whoo whoo♪ shit! i always sing along to that :P

Scott there sure can bend his knees!

i like Matt better tho, and mikey was okay

  • matt is such a bad bassist

  • is he? i dont kno much about bass. i just like him cause hes kinda rediculous :P

u like scott better?? or mikey?

  • Actually, there was more variety in the bass lines of weezer's songs during Matt's days than there are during any of the other bassists' time with the band.

  • Comment removed

  • Exactly, matt had the coolest little bass lines that you would discover over multiple listens. I'm sad that pat doesn't replicate them, as they really added to the songs (or at least for me they do, because I listen for them).

  • I meant to say Scott, not pat.

  • Especially "The Good Life"

  • Pat? You mean Scott? And this isn't to you but everyone who disses new Weezer. Pinkerton and the Blue Album are the best. We know. But the other records are lighthearted, rocking, and positively fun outings. Enjoy for yourself, not what everyone tells you to.

  • ya, I agree. Their best album.

  • that's why you don't get attatched. it appears she wasn't.

  • I was dumped by the love of my life and i would listen to Pinkerton constanly I miss that girl

  • Pinkerton was by far their peak, it was dirty, honest, and the best thing about it, was it depicted the great and the shitty things in life.

    The lyrics are so modest.

Anybody who has not gotten this album needs to get it.

  • dammit this just makes me think of my ex... *cries*

  • I love Scott in this video, hes really getting into the song.

  • his voice..

  • yeah buy pinkerton there is the greatest songs of the weezer... the greatest alternative band ever...

  • I love this song! 'Pinkerton' is my favorite Weezer album!!

  • pinkerton is the best

  • My favorite track off Pinkerton and they do it great!

  • No, the best track on Pinkerton is the hidden track on the Canadian 2000 re-release, "Gypsies, Blue and Green: Song of The Sea Crab". Sheer brilliance. A shame it is hidden.

  • You can't say NO to a preference... :p

  • whaaaa?

  • WHAT THE HELL?

  • It's hidden up Brian Bell's sphincter in the center pages of the booklet.

  • you're definitely wrong; you're just strutting your nerdom, at which i would own you

  • HELL YA

  • they they play this song so rarely??

  • good lead playing by brian.

  • one of my fave!

  • i wish they played this much pinkerton when i saw them

  • Very rare indeed

  • rare

  • one of my favorite tunes
